About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for associates to join their vibrant team. Associates will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. Associates will also process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational and cleanliness standards. They will provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
