This role is central to building coalitions that span parties and ideologies, engaging allies, validators, and stakeholders across the political spectrum. It requires curiosity, sound judgment, and knowledge of tactics that influence decisionmakers. This is a role for someone early in their career who is versatile and steady under deadline, and who wants direct exposure to policy and strategy alongside leaders in politics, policy, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in conservative advocacy, campaigns, coalition building, or communications/media.
