About The Position

Marshalls & HomeGoods is seeking an Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. You will support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. You will accurately process customer purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain merchandising standards. You will also process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store. Additionally, you will provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support store shrink reduction goals and programs. Safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment are also key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
