Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

  • Comfortable following processes and maintaining compliance.
  • Meets all state requirements to work in a dispensary.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Check and scan IDs accurately and consistently.
  • Make sure every interaction is safe, compliant, and aligned with expectations.
  • Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up to date on products, effects, and promotions.
  • Suggest add on's when it makes sense and enhances the experience.
  • Support store goals such as AOV, UPT, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Restock and organize the sales floor.
  • Keep displays clean, neat, and visually appealing.
  • Help maintain a space that feels welcoming and well put together.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.
  • Help check in deliveries and verify products and quantities.
  • Follow processes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment.
  • Step in where needed and support the team.
  • Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of.
