About The Position

Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate to support day-to-day operations and provide travelers with excellent dining and retail experiences. The Associate helps maintain a clean and organized environment, manages inventory, assists customers, and works with the team to deliver a high level of service. Duties include handling transactions, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and replenishing supplies. Applicants must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Craft and serve coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences.
• Operate coffee equipment and maintain a clean, organized coffee station.
• Stay updated on drink recipes and trends.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Restock and replenish products and inventory supplies.
• Work with a team to provide the best possible customer experience.
