About The Position

Company Ventures is hiring an Associate to run its Founder Residency and help deliver a high-quality, hands-on experience for founders and other members of its community. The role owns the residency’s day-to-day operations, including admissions coordination, onboarding, and the annual rhythm for approximately 30 teams. The Associate serves as the primary contact for resident founders and continually improves the program. The Associate will design and host a recurring calendar of useful community events, from workshops and founder lunches to idea sessions and expert conversations. They will work closely with the investment and talent teams to quickly connect exceptional researchers, engineers, and future founders with the firm through relevant events, residency conversations, and introductions. The role also involves creating lightweight systems—using AI tools where useful—to track people, automate follow-ups, and prioritize outreach. Social media and content are core responsibilities. The Associate will build and manage Company Ventures’ content presence by turning activity across the firm, its events, and its residency into engaging posts and other content. This includes writing, photography, video, and editing, as well as applying knowledge of current platform practices and AI tools. The role is highly visible and involves working with founders, internal teams, and outside partners. The position is based in person at the firm’s offices at 22 Vanderbilt.
