Responsibilities

Deliver world-class, personalized evidence-based strength training sessions to clients with amazing customer service.
Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
