This position involves directing and managing projects in a team environment to produce written analyses used in litigation, regulatory proceedings, international arbitration, and consulting engagements. The role requires developing statistical, econometric, and other quantitative data analysis, and overseeing analysis performed by Research Analysts. A key responsibility is drafting reports that summarize and explain analytical results clearly and concisely, making technical concepts accessible to non-economists. The Associate will be responsible for project management, including client communication and responding to requests. They will also oversee the final work product for various deliverables such as reports, client memos, proposals, presentations, data requests, interrogatories, and expert witness testimony. Additionally, the role involves assisting counsel with preparing expert witnesses, deposing opposing experts, and drafting post-trial briefs. Business development activities, including drafting materials, proposals, budgets, speaking at conferences, and publishing, are also part of the responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
