About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for Associates to join their vibrant team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Associates adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately processes transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. Associates are also responsible for processing merchandise, participating in store recovery, maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards, providing and accepting feedback, adhering to labor laws, and supporting shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
