Citi's Client organization is looking for Full Time Associates to join the Equity Research Team in North America. Requirements

• Will earn a Bachelor's degree by June 2027 in any major
• GPA of 3.3 or above
• Possess strong accounting skills
• Comfortable with financial spreadsheets
• Solid writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated strong academic performance
• Analytical thinker
• High levels of drive, initiative, and adaptability
• Passion for the markets
• Exhibit integrity and ethical decision making
• Will not require sponsorship for U.S work authorization now or anytime in the future

Responsibilities

• Working with an analyst team covering a specific industry
• Take on various projects the analyst team assigns, including Pricing Surveys, Industry Trends, Valuation Studies and company specific due diligence
• Create, update and maintain financial spreadsheets, quantitative models and databases of assigned companies
• Refresh marketing handouts and assist with ad-hoc client requests
• Shadow Analysts by attending company and industry meetings as well as industry conferences
