About The Position

Class VI Family Office is a Denver-based Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC providing wealth planning and investment management services to a select group of current and former entrepreneurs and their families. Part of the Class VI Partners family, Class VI Family Office shares in the company-wide mission to Empower the Entrepreneurial Spirit. Together, Class VI serves business owners throughout all phases of their entrepreneurial journey—from growth and optimization (Class VI Pathfinder) through a sale or recapitalization transaction (Class VI Securities) and personal wealth management (Family Office). The successful candidate will learn about all facets of wealth management and planning, including relationship management, business development, operations, compliance, delivery of financial plans, and management of investment portfolios. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous work experience in financial services or related field (typically 1 – 3 years)
  • Series 65 required within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player, great cultural fit within the Class VI organization

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding: Custodian documentation (account application, transfer of account forms, money movement) and Class VI paperwork (client agreements, regulatory forms, investment policy statements).
  • Use and developed mastery of performance management & reporting software; Custodian platform; AI tools and resources; Financial planning software
  • Alternative Investments: Subscription and tender documents; performance reporting
  • CRM management: Utilize CRM software for client meeting notes, activities, and reminders; develop workflows and automated tasks; use of AI tool for meeting prep and note-taking
  • Client communication and service: Fulfill requests related to money movement, account maintenance, scheduling, and other needs.
  • Client meetings: Engagement with Relationship Manager & Portfolio Manager for meeting prep, deliverables, and post-meeting follow up; coordination with clients’ outside advisors for meeting scheduling and agenda items
  • Marketing: Produce pitch materials and deliverables for prospective clients.
  • Manage online assessment tool and corresponding reports used with prospects.
  • Contribute to diverse business development activities for the firm; collaboration across business units for training and client/prospect engagement
