About The Position
JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing administration and management for all aspects of Provider Practice Management and ensures policies and procedures are implemented for efficient, effective management of all programs. Has overall responsibility for all aspects of Provider Practice Managements financial and operational performance and is accountable to communicate and implement hospital strategic initiatives to meet goals and objectives. Responsible to the company at all levels to assist in the integration of physicians/providers into the delivery system. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family centered care.
