About The Position

The Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations is a strategic partner and operational leader who supports the VP of HR in advancing the mission, vision, and values of LSS. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, optimizing systems and processes, and developing talent across the organization. Compensation for this role will be between $149,000-$153,000. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems, preferably UKG, and supervising system administrators
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive process improvement, and build high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to LSS’s mission, values, and welcoming culture

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services environments.
  • Experience supporting a large or distributed workforce.
