The Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations is a strategic partner and operational leader who supports the VP of HR in advancing the mission, vision, and values of LSS. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, optimizing systems and processes, and developing talent across the organization. Compensation for this role will be between $149,000-$153,000.
