The Associate Vice President of Advising and Transfer Enrollment Operations plays a critical role in collaborating with CT State leadership across all locations and offices—including advising, enrollment management, academic and student affairs, marketing, and institutional research—to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated programs and services that meet the diverse needs of all students. This position works closely with the Vice President of Enrollment Management to identify best practices, guide ongoing professional development and training, manage advising technology platforms, and develop responsive programs and procedures to address emerging transfer needs within CT State. The Associate Vice President also oversees transfer operations and college transcript services to support accurate, timely evaluation of student records and ensure seamless transfer processes. In addition, the role involves close collaboration with the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) system and private institutions to improve transfer outcomes and support clear, equitable pathways for student mobility. The position also collects and analyzes data and maintains compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws.
