About The Position

The Associate Vice President, Finance is responsible for the analysis and maintenance of the University’s general ledger trial balance, revenue/expenditure reporting, cash management services, EKU Foundation operations, financial audits, and overall financial management and budget. This role also provides financial and budget oversight and guidance to all auxiliary service operations and manages numerous University business contracts and administrative units. Specific duties may be further defined.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other business related, relevant field is required.
• Five years or more of appropriate, applicable experience in college/university or governmental business services/operations; and/or administration.

Nice To Haves

• An MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
