About The Position

Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is preparing for a carefully planned reopening with new leadership and a rebuilt team. This offers associate veterinarians a rare chance to join a practice from the beginning, rather than inheriting a full caseload or outdated systems. As an associate, you’ll be part of a clinic that is: Intentionally staffed before reopening A walk-in only clinic Supported by strong technician coverage To support this relaunch, we are offering a base salary range of $120,000–$140,000, with production and additional incentives, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus for the right Associate DVM who is excited to help build the clinic’s next chapter. Located in Southfield, Michigan the clinic offers suburban convenience with easy access to Detroit and the greater Metro Detroit area. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
  • Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and client-education skills
