About The Position
St. Louis Cat Clinic is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join their well-established, two-doctor veterinary clinic. The clinic focuses on delivering exceptional care to cats and has been a trusted part of the St. Louis community since 1992. They are a certified Cat-Friendly practice providing comprehensive care including preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, digital radiology, and ultrasonography. The clinic aims to provide a calm, low-stress environment for cats and support for clients, while offering veterinarians medical autonomy and the support they need. Collaboration, mentorship, and medical autonomy are key values.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Current DEA license or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Active veterinary state license.
- Compassionate veterinarian with a passion for feline medicine.
- Strong communicator who is team-oriented and compassionate.
- Eagerness to practice feline medicine with true medical autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality medicine with confidence and support.
- Provide comprehensive care to cats, including preventative medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
- Utilize digital full-body and dental radiology, and ultrasonography.
- Collaborate with and mentor other team members.
- Practice feline medicine with true medical autonomy.
