About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian for Pulaski, WI. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing work-life balance and sustainable career paths. As a full-time W-2 veterinarian working 4-5 days per week, you will have control over your schedule, with a dedicated coordinator building your schedule in advance based on your preferences. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary, with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provides dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of veterinarians. Access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE opportunities are also provided. This model is designed to prevent burnout and foster career growth through leadership opportunities, exposure to diverse clinical settings, and flexibility to evolve your schedule over time.

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
  • Active license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
  • Confidence practicing independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
