Full-Time Associate Veterinarian - Milwaukee, WI
About The Position

As a full-time W-2 veterinarian, you will control your schedule by choosing your workdays, which will be pre-arranged by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. This provides predictability for your life outside of work. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary and the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. The role offers clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provides dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of veterinarians. Access to a veterinary social worker, ongoing CE, and professional development opportunities are also provided. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
