About The Position

CityVet Thornton is seeking an experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong surgical and dental skills and be comfortable with both small animal medicine and exotics. The clinic fosters a culture of teamwork, trust, and collaboration, offering a balanced caseload to allow for high-quality medicine and skill development. They are committed to personalized care and providing clients with treatment options that align with their pet's health goals. The team includes certified veterinary technicians and skilled veterinary assistants to support the DVM. This is a full-time position starting in January.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
  • Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with surgery and dentistry.
  • Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

  • Experience with exotics.
