Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
- Active license (or ability to obtain).
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
- Confidence practicing independently.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Nice To Haves
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
- Internship training.
Responsibilities
- Practice veterinary medicine with clinical autonomy and a focus on patient care.
- Build a schedule by choosing preferred work days, with a dedicated coordinator handling scheduling.
- Work across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience.
- Potentially include shifts in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care based on availability and interest.
- Collaborate with a community of fellow veterinarians and receive mentorship from medical leadership.
- Focus on medicine without production quotas, negative accrual, or restrictive non-competes.
