About The Position

Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our feline-exclusive practice on Boston's South Shore. We welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship. Our enthusiastic staff passionately cares for their patients. Our team requires the best from themselves and each other (we are distinctly feline in nature). Our clinic motto is “we are here for the cats.” Our clients have come to expect specialty level care from us and we expect to provide it. This means communication, recommending best practices, and comprehensive case handling / sharing are hallmarks of our clinic. 90% of our team is Fear Free Certified and our clinic is a Gold Level Cat Friendly Practice. We have a dedicated Churu budget and it is not abnormal for us to squeal in delight over toes beans and a boopable nose. Wellbeing is much more than a buzzword to us. We actively support our entire team in creating work life boundaries, and we do not tolerate toxicity from our staff or clients. We encourage (and provide time and resources for) our doctors and staff to continuously grow, learn, and help push our hospital to the next level. Our standalone, classic New England-style hospital features 4 exam rooms, a treatment area, surgical and dental suite, boarding facilities, and a dedicated I-131 treatment suite. We are equipped with digital radiography, in-house IDEXX laboratory equipment, ultrasound services, rhinoscopy, dental equipment, advanced anesthesia monitoring, and access to radiology and board-certified ultrasound consultations. Services include preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, and radioactive iodine (I-131) treatment.
