Requirements
- Experienced veterinarian or new graduate.
- Ability to practice medicine with sufficient time for quality care.
- Proficiency in VetSOAP paper-lite medical records.
- Experience with online appointment scheduling and online pharmacy.
- Ability to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services.
- Experience with advanced ultrasound, digital radiography, and therapeutic laser.

Responsibilities
- Practice personalized veterinary medicine.
- Provide advanced medical capabilities.
- Collaborate with an experienced and long-tenured team.
- Engage in doctor-client relationships focused on personalized care.
- Perform comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services.
- Conduct 13-15 appointments per day with standard 30-minute appointments and 45-minute appointments for complex cases and new clients.
- Participate in a mentorship program including 45-60 minute appointments while mentoring, weekly and monthly one-on-one check-ins, individual surgery training, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing clinical guidance.

- Pro-sal compensation model with a salary of $150,000 - $170,000 (based on experience & schedule)
