About The Position
Animal Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their team in the Brainerd Lakes Area of central Minnesota. This role is suitable for both experienced DVMs and recent graduates looking for a positive and encouraging environment. The practice is a 4-doctor small animal practice focused on high-quality care, collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. They pride themselves on a team-focused culture with a high technician-to-doctor ratio and long-tenured staff. The clinic serves loyal and trusting clients, making the daily work rewarding. The clinic operates on weekdays with family-friendly hours (8 AM - 5 PM) to promote work-life balance.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Compassionate and motivated.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
