About The Position

Hampstead Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving six-doctor team. Our hospital has maintained AAHA accreditation at the highest tier since 2013 and serves a predominantly affluent clientele that values comprehensive diagnostics, thorough case workups, and high-quality veterinary medicine. We even have a "Fun Committee" that organizes staff outings, celebrations, and social events throughout the year. Our experienced support team (8 full-time CVT’s, 4 part-time CVT’s, and 2 full-time technicians) allows our veterinarians to focus on what matters most—patient care, client communication, and medical decision-making. Our modern facility is designed to support high-quality medicine and efficient workflow, featuring: Six exam rooms, Large treatment area with six treatment tables, including wet tables, large surgical suite, dedicated dental suite, Ultrasound suite, Radiology suite, Isolation ward, large canine kennels. We utilize advanced medical equipment including: In-house abdominal ultrasound and echocardiography, Direct digital radiography, Direct digital dental radiography, High-speed dental unit, CO₂ surgical laser, Video otoscopy, TonoVet tonometer, Gas sterilization system, Two Parks Medical Dopplers, Multiparameter anesthesia monitoring (blood pressure, ECG, pulse oximetry, ETCO₂, temperature), Additional capnography and pulse oximetry monitoring, Numerous fluid pumps and syringe pumps, Bair Hugger and circulating warm-water patient warming systems.
