About The Position

IndeVets is reimagining associate veterinarian roles by offering sustainable career paths with guaranteed income, flexible scheduling, and hands-on support. As a full-time W-2 veterinarian, you will build a schedule you control by choosing your preferred workdays (4-5 days per week). A dedicated scheduling coordinator will build your schedule in advance, providing predictability for your life outside the clinic. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary as a foundation, with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. Opportunities to include surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care shifts are available when possible. This model provides the consistency, benefits, and professional support of a full-time employer, eliminating concerns about chasing shifts, income uncertainty, or last-minute schedule gaps. The practice model emphasizes patient care over numbers, with no production quotas, negative accrual, or restrictive non-competes. You will have clinical autonomy supported by dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians. Additionally, access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are provided. The career model is designed to prevent burnout and offers leadership and mentorship opportunities, exposure to diverse clinical settings, and flexibility to evolve your schedule over time.
