About The Position
O'Connor Animal Hospital is a full-service practice in Irving, Texas, providing care to dogs and cats. The Associate Veterinarian joins a dedicated, collaborative team led by Dr. Kang. The practice welcomes new graduates seeking mentorship as well as experienced veterinarians interested in a busy clinical environment. The hospital has a 3:1 support-staff ratio and offers access to in-house diagnostics, digital dental equipment, ultrasound, and X-ray. Veterinarians may participate in advanced procedures, including orthopedic and laparoscopic surgeries, if desired. The role may be full-time or part-time and involves general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. The position offers medical autonomy, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and future ownership opportunities. The posting also describes the role as a fully remote U.S.-based position with occasional travel required.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license.
- Proficiency in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
