About The Position
Bayside Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian for its privately owned practice in Granite Bay, California. The position can be as little as one day per week, with flexible scheduling built around the days the veterinarian wants to work. The hospital provides high-quality, personalized veterinary care and prioritizes the professional, financial, and personal well-being of its team. It is part of the Rocklin Park family of privately owned hospitals across the Sacramento region. The veterinarian will work with a friendly, collaborative team, supported by experienced mentors and dedicated long-term staff. The caseload includes wellness, diagnostics, and rehabilitation. Experienced veterinarians are preferred, while new graduates are welcome and can receive training. Rehabilitation and acupuncture opportunities are available for veterinarians with an interest in those areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday only.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- California veterinary license or eligibility for one.
- Strong client communication skills.
- A team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a veterinarian; new graduates are also welcome and may receive training.
- Interest in rehabilitation or acupuncture.
