About The Position

As we transition into new ownership, we are looking for veterinarians who are excited to be part of what comes next. This clinic already has something incredibly valuable: a strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and doctors with years of experience caring for pets and their people. We respect that. We also know this location is entering a new chapter, and we are looking for doctors who want to help shape that future with us. We are an independently owned, small-animal practice built around five core values: Patient First, Client Centered, Positive, Collaborative, and Progressive. This location may not have every piece of shiny new technology yet. We know that. Digital upgrades, improved equipment, updated systems, and stronger workflows are all part of the plan. We are not expecting perfection on day one. We are looking for doctors who are willing to grow with the practice as we invest in the building, the medicine, the team, and the client experience.

Requirements

A licensed DVM or VMD in good standing.
A doctor who practices thoughtful, high-quality medicine.
Someone who communicates clearly with clients and team members.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in change.
A team-focused attitude.
A sense of humor, or at least tolerance for ours.
Someone who cares deeply about patients, clients, and the people working beside them.
