Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Passion for patient care and teamwork.
• Willingness to work Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (flexible scheduling options available).
• Ability to support a 4-day work week.
• Interest in exotic medicine is optional but available.
• Willingness to participate in structured onboarding and orientation for new graduates.
• Willingness to participate in one-on-one surgical training.
• Willingness to participate in shadowing opportunities.
• Willingness to utilize blocked appointment times for additional support and learning.
• Willingness to engage with peer advisors and new graduate discussion groups.
• Willingness to work in an environment where questions are welcomed and encouraged.
