Our hospital is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including digital radiography, designated feline only exam room, separate comfort room, ultrasound Hands-free radiology safety standards Fear-Free techniques practiced. Examples include feline only exam room, use of pre-veterinary pharmaceuticals when needed, feline restraint techniques, and calm approach to our patients. AAHA-accredited We have a very kind, caring, and supportive team who work hard to support each other and their doctors! Cases involve small animals; dogs and cats, with a mixture of wellness and sick patients. We also perform spays, neuters, and mass removals. We work with local specialists to provide Cardiology and Ultrasound services in-clinic and work with our clients to refer our patients for more specialized care where appropriate.

Requirements

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Washington state, or the ability to obtain
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Responsibilities

  • Provide veterinary care for small animals (dogs and cats)
  • Handle a mixture of wellness and sick patients
  • Perform spays, neuters, and mass removals
  • Work with local specialists to provide Cardiology and Ultrasound services in-clinic
  • Refer patients for more specialized care where appropriate
  • Practice Fear-Free techniques
