About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing work-life balance and professional well-being. As a W-2 employee, you will have control over your schedule, working 4-5 days per week with a guaranteed biweekly salary. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine across a network of trusted hospital partners. The position offers diverse clinical experience, including opportunities in surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care, while providing the consistency, benefits, and professional support of a full-time employer. The model is designed to prevent burnout and offers clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
• Internship training.
