Bayshore Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join their collaborative and welcoming team in Warrenton, Oregon. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
Nice To Haves
- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Interest in exotics and wildlife medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality medicine with access to digital radiography, ultrasound, surgical laser, CO2 laser, full IDEXX in-house laboratory, oxygen chamber, EzyVet paperless medical records system, and four exam rooms.
- Provide medical and surgical services including wellness and preventive care, dentistry, small animal general practice, soft tissue surgery, fracture repair, advanced orthopedic procedures, cancer treatment and chemotherapy, exotic animal medicine, and wildlife care and rehabilitation support.
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize efficient workflows and leverage excellent support staff.
