About The Position

Fairfield Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. We proudly welcome veterinarians at all stages of their careers — from experienced practitioners to new graduates eager to begin their journey in a supportive, collaborative environment. Fairfield Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service multi-doctor small animal practice committed to high-quality medicine and exceptional client care. Our hospital emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and a positive work culture where every team member is valued. We offer flexible scheduling with strong work-life balance, competitive base salary with production opportunities, generous CE allowance and paid CE days, mentorship and structured support for new graduates, modern diagnostic equipment and a well-trained support staff, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more). For new graduates, we provide hands-on mentorship, case collaboration, and a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged. For experienced veterinarians, we offer autonomy, leadership opportunities, and the ability to help shape hospital protocols and culture. Our goal is simple: practice excellent medicine while enjoying the people you work with. Cypress offers the perfect blend of suburban comfort and access to big-city amenities. It is consistently recognized as one of the most desirable communities in the greater Houston area, known for excellent schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and a strong sense of community. Local attractions include waterfront dining and recreation at Boardwalk at Towne Lake, shopping and dining at Houston Premium Outlets, and concerts, sporting events, and community festivals at Berry Center. Just a short drive away is Houston, Texas, the fourth-largest city in the U.S., offering professional sports, museums, and world-class dining in Downtown Houston, access to one of the largest medical communities in the world at the Texas Medical Center, and a major international airport for easy travel. Whether you enjoy outdoor activities, nightlife, cultural experiences, or quiet suburban living, Cypress provides an exceptional quality of life. If you are looking for a hospital that values mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality medicine — all in a thriving and welcoming community — we would love to meet you. Join us at Fairfield Animal Hospital and build the veterinary career you envision. We’re searching for a dedicated veterinarian who’s eager to make an impact on our practice and the community we serve.
