About The Position
Mt. Shasta Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide small animal care in a modern, collaborative hospital at the base of Mount Shasta. The hospital has three DVMs, expanded facilities, three skilled RVTs, and dedicated assistants. Its equipment includes an Idexx in-house lab, digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, and laser therapy. The role offers mentorship for veterinarians at all experience levels, a strong continuing-education culture, and management support. The schedule offers no weekends or emergency shifts, with an emphasis on work-life balance and time to enjoy the outdoors. The position is based in the scenic mountain community of Mt. Shasta, California.
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a DVM in California.
- Passion for medicine, learning, and building client trust.
