About The Position

IndeVets offers a unique employment model for associate veterinarians, prioritizing work-life balance and career sustainability. We provide a guaranteed salary, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated scheduling support, allowing veterinarians to control their schedules and focus on practicing medicine. Our model replaces rigid contracts with flexible career paths, enabling veterinarians to choose their working days (4-5 days per week) and build a predictable schedule in advance with the help of a dedicated coordinator. Veterinarians practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience in areas like surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care, while maintaining the stability of a full-time W-2 employee. We eliminate production quotas, negative accrual, and restrictive non-competes, emphasizing clinical autonomy and patient care over numbers. Support systems include medical leadership, mentorship, a community of peers, and access to a veterinary social worker. Ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are also provided to foster growth and prevent burnout.
