About The Position

Located in beautiful coastal New Jersey, our hospital offers the opportunity to practice advanced general medicine and surgery alongside a loyal client base and a team that has worked together for years. We’re currently seeking an experienced veterinarian to help continue the legacy of care as one of our tenured doctors prepares for retirement. Clinic Snapshot Practice type: Small Animal General Practice Avg. daily patient volume: 16-18 appointments/day, surgery days 10-13 appointments/day Support staff ratio: 1:1 to 1:1.5 DVM-to-tech ratio Case mix: Wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, advanced surgical procedures, and preventative care Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, in-house diagnostics, surgical suite, dental services Team culture: Collaborative, community-focused, long-standing team with strong client loyalty Total Rewards & How We Invest in You We believe great doctors deserve great rewards. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and advanced surgical skills preferred
  • Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and client-education skills
