About The Position

Nease Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their team as they grow from two doctors to three. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, supportive practice where you'll have the caseload, mentorship, and autonomy to build a fulfilling career in small animal medicine. The practice is located between historic St. Augustine and the vibrant, fast-growing community of Nocatee, just south of Jacksonville, Florida. The area offers year-round warm weather, beaches, top-rated schools, and a lower cost of living, while still being a short drive from Jacksonville's international airport. The role involves the full scope of general practice medicine with a strong emphasis on soft tissue surgery. The ideal candidate will be surgically motivated and excited to grow their surgical skillset, including spays/neuters, mass removals, GI surgery, and more. Requirements

DVM from an accredited veterinary school
Active or eligible veterinary license in Florida
Genuine interest and motivation toward soft tissue surgery
Strong communication skills
Team-first mindset
