About The Position

You became a vet to help pets, connect with clients, keep learning, and still have a life outside the clinic. At Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands, we’ve intentionally built a practice where great medicine and a great quality of life can coexist—and we’re excited to welcome another Associate Veterinarian to our closeknit team. You’ll practice high quality small animal medicine with the support, time, and autonomy you deserve.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon to be licensed) DVM in Texas
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians welcome
- A collaborative, kind, and curious professional
- Someone who values good medicine, communication, and teamwork

Responsibilities
- Preventive care, sick visits, diagnostics, and client education
- Surgery opportunities (soft tissue; more if you’re interested)
- Collaborating with experienced, approachable doctors—no ego, no competition
- Working alongside dedicated, well trained technicians and support staff
- Appointment lengths that allow you to think, connect, and practice real medicine (20–30 minutes)
