About The Position

The Village Veterinarian is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Chelan, Washington. This role combines high-quality general practice with daytime urgent care, providing clinical variety and opportunities for skill development without the burnout associated with emergency care. The hospital is veterinarian-owned and locally led, with operational support from Associated Veterinary Partners. They are committed to investing in modern technology, continuing education, and medical service growth while maintaining local leadership and clinical autonomy. The hospital hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with closures on weekends.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• License to practice veterinary medicine.
• Experience in general practice and/or urgent care.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome to apply.

• Salary: $130k - $145k, depending on experience + 20% Production
