About The Position

Join VCA Spring Animal Hospital as an Associate Veterinarian and be supported by world-class medicine, technology, facilities, and a talented team. VCA is a leader in veterinary care, committed to the future of veterinary medicine, with a network of 1,000 animal hospitals. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and equipped with the latest veterinary technology and services, including dentistry, x-ray, in-house labs, an in-office surgical suite, and ultrasound. The practice focuses on providing comprehensive care for cats and dogs, handling a mixture of wellness and sick patients. VCA emphasizes a great culture with a supportive and collaborative approach, committed to using fear-free techniques when possible. Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship. Full-time veterinarians work 4 days a week and rotate Saturdays. VCA impacts pets, people, and communities by delivering world-class medicine with hometown care to over 4.5 million pets annually, empowering its 35,000 Associates to collaborate and achieve the best outcomes. Requirements

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Texas, or the ability to obtain
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
  • Obsessed with pets and their care
