About The Position

IndeVets is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers a part-time W-2 employment model, allowing veterinarians to work 1-3 days per week with a guaranteed salary and a schedule they control. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing veterinarians to focus on practicing medicine. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience
• Internship training

Responsibilities

• Practice veterinary medicine independently with a focus on patient care.
