About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian for our Oklahoma City location. We offer a unique model for veterinarians, prioritizing work-life balance and career sustainability. As a W-2 employee, you will have control over your schedule, working 4-5 days per week with a guaranteed biweekly salary. Our dedicated scheduling coordinators handle all scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will work across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and the opportunity to engage in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care shifts. Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
  • Active license (or ability to obtain).
  • DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
  • Confidence practicing independently.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Nice To Haves

  • GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
  • Internship training.
