About The Position
University Animal Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join their experienced and collaborative team. This role is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship. The hospital is a full-service small animal veterinary hospital dedicated to providing personalized medical and surgical care, nurturing the human-animal bond, and delivering exceptional veterinary medicine with compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient wellness and client education. They are also committed to community involvement and supporting local animal shelters.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
- Active Oklahoma veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Successful completion of the NAVLE
- Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Dedication to exceptional patient care and client service
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
