About The Position
Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor practice. Located in the Milwaukee metro area, the clinic has a 43-year legacy of personalized, high-quality care. They offer flexible scheduling, no on-call responsibilities, and the option to focus on appointments and internal medicine if surgery is not preferred. The practice is supportive of all experience levels and open to developing interests in holistic care or orthopedic surgery.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
- Ability to work full-time or part-time.
- Supportive of all experience levels, suitable for experienced DVMs or confident new graduates.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in holistic care.
- Interest in orthopedic surgery.
- Fear Free certified.
Responsibilities
- Perform veterinary services including appointments and internal medicine.
- Option to perform orthopedic and soft tissue surgery.
- Provide holistic services such as acupuncture, laser therapy, and physical rehabilitation.
- Engage in community outreach and support organizations.
