About The Position

Noah's Ark Veterinary & Boarding Resort is a privately owned small-animal practice located in Millersville, Maryland, conveniently situated between Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C. Our hospital combines modern equipment, credentialed technicians, skilled support staff, and a management team that believes veterinarians should be supported so they can focus on practicing medicine. We value collaboration, accountability, kindness, and continuous growth. We work hard, support one another, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. We are seeking a veterinarian who enjoys building relationships with clients and patients, values teamwork and communication, practices high-quality, compassionate medicine, brings curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, and wants to contribute positively to our culture. Surgical experience is welcome but not required. Noah’s Ark Veterinary and Boarding Resort began its journey in 1998 by the current owner, Mark Boback. After the first three years, we were able to add our first kennel building with our indoor/outdoor runs. Soon after in 2005, we added a second kennel building! Wanting to continue the dream of a “one stop shop” for pet care, the veterinary office was added in 2008. Three short years later, we expanded again, adding the second floor to create a full-service veterinary hospital. NAVBR has a staff of about 45 animal lovers in combination of the resort and veterinary.
