About The Position

At Sheridan Pet Care, we are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about practicing high-quality medicine and building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. This is an opportunity to join a growing, independently owned small animal practice where you can collaborate with the owner, influence hospital culture, and practice medicine with autonomy. We offer a full range of medical services, including wellness and preventive care, surgery, advanced dentistry, internal medicine, digital diagnostics, an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, and house-call appointments. Our goal is to build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional medicine with compassion, communication, and integrity. We are working towards AAHA accreditation and Fear Free certification.

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming.
• Enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
• Values teamwork and open communication.
• Practices evidence-based medicine.
• Appreciates the human-animal bond.
• Willingness to obtain Fear Free certification.
• Willingness to obtain Human-Animal Bond training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, or preventive care.
• Interest in mentoring or being mentored.
