About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Statesville, NC. We offer a unique employment model that prioritizes veterinarian wellbeing by providing sustainable career paths, control over your schedule, guaranteed income, hands-on support, and a trusted community. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control, built in advance by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. We aim to include shifts in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care when possible. This role offers a structured, sustainable way to stay connected to veterinary medicine without the burden of shift searching or rebuilding schedules weekly. We emphasize clinical autonomy with no production quotas, no negative accrual, and no restrictive non-competes. You will have dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians, plus access to a veterinary social worker. Ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are also provided.
