About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited Lake Olympia Animal Hospital in Missouri City, TX. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your veterinary skills, foster strong client relationships, and work within a supportive, collaborative environment just minutes from Houston. We are an established and trusted practice with deep roots in the community, featuring a boarded feline specialist on staff. We offer mentorship and collaboration, with a structured mentorship program available for newer graduates or to develop new skills. Our hospital is equipped with advanced tools and technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, a full surgical suite with digital dental radiographs, and a fully equipped rehab center. We support your passions and help you develop your niche in areas like dentistry, surgery, rehab, or pain management.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
Current veterinary license in the state of Texas
Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with endoscopy is a plus
Experience with large dog spays
Love for surgery
