About The Position
Excellent opportunity for a small animal practitioner in southwest Missouri! Growing small animal caseload with commission potential for the right experienced DVM. Soft tissue surgery skills valued and rewarded — top-of-range compensation for surgical capability. A rural practice with a genuinely talented, tenured support team behind you. Animal Clinic of Monett (Monett, MO) is looking for an experienced small animal veterinarian ready to make an immediate impact — with a caseload strong enough to support commission and a support team that punches well above what you’d expect in a rural setting. If you’ve got soft tissue surgery skills and want a practice that’s actively investing in its next chapter, this is worth a conversation. (Comfortable with large animal cases too? Even better — we’d welcome that.)
Requirements
- Experienced DVM
- Soft tissue surgery skills
- Comfort managing a busy, established small animal caseload independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize attention when facing immediate challenges
- Confident, experienced clinician who thrives with autonomy
- Outgoing and personable attitude
- Willing to receive communication and feedback
